We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Operations & Supply Chain Controller to join a dynamic team in the heart of Singapore's manufacturing and logistics sector. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full financial controllership of the operations and supply chain divisions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for supply chain and manufacturing, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives across procurement, logistics, and production by analyzing cost drivers and variances.
- Manage end-to-end inventory accounting, including physical inventory counts, valuation, provisions, and analysis of slow-moving or obsolete stock.
- Partner with the operations and supply chain teams to develop financial models for make-or-buy decisions, capital investments, and new product launches.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the integrity of financial data across the supply chain.
- Prepare and present monthly management reports, board packs, and ad-hoc financial analyses focused on supply chain performance and operational KPIs.
- Mentor and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent professional certification is required.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in financial controllership, with a strong focus on operations, manufacturing, or supply chain finance.
- Proven track record of leading budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes in a complex, global environment.
- Deep understanding of supply chain principles, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and production costing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards) and advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior operational stakeholders.
- Experience in the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry is highly preferred. Prior team management experience is essential.
