Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end order processing, from verification and entry to dispatch coordination.
- Monitor and update warehouse inventory systems in real-time to ensure stock accuracy.
- Coordinate closely with internal warehouse teams and external logistics partners to meet delivery deadlines.
- Resolve order discrepancies, returns, and customer inquiries with a high degree of professionalism.
- Generate and maintain accurate daily logs, shipping documents, and operational reports.
- Identify process bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations to improve warehouse throughput.
- Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and company logistics policies at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in order processing, warehouse administration, or logistics operations.
- Strong proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle high-volume data entries without errors.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to work in a warehouse-based office environment in the Changi area.
