Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize relationships with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) including Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, and other major distribution channels to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Develop and implement strategic pricing strategies based on market demand, competitor analysis, and seasonal trends
- Analyze reservation data and performance metrics to identify revenue optimization opportunities and operational improvements
- Create compelling property listings with high-quality visuals and persuasive descriptions to attract potential guests
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and promotional strategies across all channels
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust strategies as needed
- Generate comprehensive reports on OTA performance, revenue contribution, and market insights for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in OTA management, revenue management, or similar hospitality roles
- Proven track record of successfully managing OTA partnerships and driving revenue growth
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective OTA relationship management
- Proficiency in revenue management systems and property management software
- Familiarity with Bali's tourism market and international travel trends
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
