Are you passionate about empowering partners to build the future of data? Snowflake is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Senior Partner Solution Engineer to drive technical growth within our dynamic partner ecosystem.
In this pivotal role, you will serve as the technical bridge between Snowflake and our global partners, including System Integrators (SIs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). Your primary focus will be to enable partners to successfully build, market, and sell solutions on the Snowflake Data Cloud. You will lead technical enablement initiatives, guide partners through complex proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and ensure they have the tools and knowledge necessary to maximize their success. Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with key partners to define and execute technical strategies that accelerate the adoption of Snowflake solutions.
- Lead technical enablement sessions, workshops, and training for partner engineers and sales teams.
- Drive the successful delivery of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Proof of Value (PoV) to validate partner solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the Snowflake platform, helping partners troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
- Collect and synthesize partner feedback to communicate product and platform requirements back to Snowflake's engineering and product teams.
- Support the sales cycle by providing deep technical expertise during partner-led opportunities.
- Monitor partner health and technical maturity, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Technical Sales, or a similar technical consulting role.
- Strong technical background with proven experience working within a partner ecosystem or similar ecosystem management.
- Deep understanding of cloud data platforms, data warehousing, and modern data architecture.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or similar data manipulation languages.
- Experience with Snowflake or other major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly desirable.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
