Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic corporate partnership plans aligned with organizational mission and growth objectives
- Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate sponsors and partnership opportunities
- Manage end-to-end partnership lifecycle from initial outreach to contract renewal
- Collaborate with internal teams to design compelling partnership packages and impact reports
- Conduct regular partnership performance analysis and ROI measurement
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings
- Ensure compliance with partnership agreements and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in corporate partnership management, sponsorship sales, or business development
- Proven track record in securing and managing multi-year corporate partnerships
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in the non-profit sector or environmental industry highly desirable
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven partnership management
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with strong presentation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
