Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end patient billing processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of charges.
- Provide comprehensive financial counseling to patients and their families regarding medical costs, subsidies, and payment options.
- Oversee daily cash and electronic transaction deposits, maintaining strict audit trails.
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and address patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Liaise with internal clinical departments and external government agencies to verify coverage and insurance details.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and maintain database integrity within the hospital management system.
- Mentor junior staff members and assist in streamlining departmental administrative workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in patient services, billing, or healthcare administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hospital-specific billing software (e.g., SAP or similar ERPs).
- Strong numerical aptitude and high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and a secondary language to support diverse patient demographics.
- Ability to remain composed and empathetic in high-pressure medical environments.
- Experience in managing sensitive patient data with strict adherence to PDPA and confidentiality guidelines.
