Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in patient service, customer service, or healthcare administration
- Proficiency in healthcare information systems and scheduling software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
