- Partner with APAC leadership to develop and implement comprehensive talent strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead organizational design initiatives and change management programs to support business transformation
- Drive talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives for critical roles across the region
- Champion employee engagement through culture-building programs and performance management frameworks
- Analyze workforce metrics and HR data to inform strategic decisions and demonstrate HR impact
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations while maintaining global HR standards
- Mentor junior HR professionals and elevate HR capabilities across APAC markets
Kualifikasi
- 8+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience with 3+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven expertise in APAC markets with deep understanding of cultural nuances and talent trends
- Strong background in talent strategy, organizational development, and employee relations
- Experience scaling HR programs in high-growth tech environments
- Advanced analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Relevant HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, CIPD) or advanced degree preferred
