We are seeking a Senior PL/SQL Developer to design, develop, and optimize robust database solutions in a fast-paced, high-stakes banking environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to refactor legacy code, implement complex business logic, and maintain high-availability systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain complex stored procedures, triggers, and functions using Oracle PL/SQL.
- Optimize SQL queries and database performance to support high-volume banking transactions.
- Collaborate with business analysts and software architects to translate functional requirements into technical database specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and implement best practices for database security and data integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production database issues, providing L3 support as needed.
- Refactor legacy database modules to improve maintainability and performance.
- Ensure compliance with international banking security standards and internal data governance policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.
- Deep understanding of relational database design, normalization, and indexing strategies.
- Proven expertise in performance tuning, including the use of TKPROF, Explain Plan, and AWR reports.
- Experience working in the banking or financial services sector is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Oracle 19c or cloud-based database migrations is a significant advantage.
