Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement production plans aligned with customer demand forecasts and business objectives
- Optimize inventory levels to balance stock availability with cost efficiency
- Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
- Monitor KPIs including order fulfillment rates, lead times, and inventory turnover
- Lead cross-functional planning projects to enhance regional supply chain resilience
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in production planning or supply chain operations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and planning software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
- Experience managing APAC regional supply chain networks preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CPIM) is advantageous
