We are looking for an experienced Senior Planner with a proactive and do-it attitude to join our team. As a key player in our supply chain management, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules, managing inventory levels, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure availability of raw materials and components.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock turns and reduce obsolescence.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and improve throughput.
- Analyze demand forecasts and capacity constraints to create realistic plans.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement in planning processes and systems.
- Prepare regular reports on production status, inventory levels, and key performance indicators.
- Support new product introductions by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning or supply chain management, preferably in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proactive mindset with a “do-it” attitude and willingness to take ownership.
- Understanding of semiconductor tester equipment or related technology is a plus.
