As a Senior Planner, you will take ownership of comprehensive planning activities. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between supply chain logistics and daily production scheduling, ensuring that our state-of-the-art manufacturing lines are consistently supplied with the materials they need. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain daily production schedules to meet customer demands and shipment deadlines.
- Execute comprehensive material planning to ensure a continuous and cost-effective supply of components for manufacturing lines.
- Monitor inventory levels closely and coordinate with procurement teams to prevent material shortages or excess stock.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, logistics, and engineering teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and mitigate delays.
- Analyze production capacities and operational data to accurately forecast future material requirements.
- Track outbound shipment schedules and ensure the timely, compliant dispatch of finished goods.
- Identify bottlenecks within the supply chain and propose actionable, data-driven process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in production planning and material control within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse departments.
- Ability to thrive and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Professional certifications such as APICS/CPIM are highly preferred.
