Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review detailed construction schedules, resource plans, and cash flow forecasts for tender submissions.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and value engineering studies to optimize project feasibility and pricing.
- Analyze technical drawings and specifications to ensure planning strategies align with design intent and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate closely with the commercial team and project managers to develop competitive tender packages.
- Monitor and report on critical path activities to ensure tender deadlines are met with high precision.
- Ensure all planning documentation complies with Gammon Constructionâs quality and safety protocols.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documentation, including method statements and method of payments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in planning and tender preparation for construction projects.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project (Project, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Deep understanding of construction methodologies, contract law, and tender procedures.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.
