Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive logistics planning strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Act as the lead communicator between the Singapore branch and the Korean headquarters, translating complex business requirements and reports.
- Analyze operational KPIs and financial data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, monitoring departmental performance against financial targets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including warehouse management and transportation, to ensure synchronized operations.
- Prepare high-level reports and presentations in both English and Korean for senior management review.
- Monitor market trends in the logistics industry to stay ahead of competition and technological advancements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional fluency in both Korean and English (written and spoken) is mandatory to facilitate communication with HQ.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics planning, supply chain analysis, or a similar corporate planning role.
- Strong proficiency in SAP, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Proven ability to analyze large datasets and translate them into actionable strategic plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
