Our client, a private advertiser in the energy sector, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Plant Engineer to lead the maintenance and optimization of a fuel treatment plant in Teluk Intan, Perak. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring continuous operation and minimizing downtime through effective maintenance strategies.
As a Senior Plant Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance plans, supervising a team of technicians, and managing the maintenance budget. You will analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive reliability initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all plant equipment to ensure maximum reliability.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize plant downtime and optimize operational efficiency.
- Lead root cause analysis and troubleshooting of equipment failures to prevent recurrence.
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement to ensure timely availability of critical components.
- Collaborate with operations team to plan and execute plant shutdowns and turnarounds.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Prepare and present technical reports and maintenance documentation to management.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to maintenance staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in plant engineering, preferably in fuel treatment or process industry.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, reliability engineering, and condition monitoring.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant safety standards and regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO).
- Proficient in computer maintenance management systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
