Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues across trading platforms and infrastructure
- Implement and maintain robust monitoring systems to ensure platform stability and performance
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve production issues
- Develop automation tools and scripts to streamline support processes
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response activities
- Document technical procedures, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides
- Contribute to infrastructure improvements and capacity planning initiatives
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior support engineers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in platform support or systems administration
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container technologies
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
