Tanggung Jawab
- Design & Development: Design, develop, and implement PLC software for automated manufacturing machinery and control systems.
- Integration: Collaborate closely with hardware engineers and mechanical designers to seamlessly integrate software solutions into physical equipment.
- Optimization: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing PLC programs to improve system performance, reliability, and uptime.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including system schematics, logic diagrams, and user manuals.
- Testing: Perform rigorous system testing and validation to ensure compliance with safety standards and customer requirements.
- Maintenance: Provide technical support and maintenance services for deployed automation systems.
- Innovation: Stay updated on the latest automation trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Senior PLC Software Engineer or similar role in the automation sector.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in PLC programming languages such as Structured Text (ST), Ladder Logic, or Function Block Diagram (FBD).
- Protocols: Deep knowledge of industrial communication protocols like Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus, or OPC UA.
- Software Tools: Experience with HMI/SCADA development tools and automation software packages (e.g., CODESYS, TwinCAT, Siemens TIA Portal).
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Environment: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.
