M&J Supply Chain Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Senior PMC Engineer (Production Planning) to join our operations in Johor Bahru. In this key position, you will be responsible for orchestrating the production planning process to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and manufacturing capabilities.
You will take ownership of the Master Production Schedule (MPS), ensuring it is realistic, achievable, and aligned with business objectives. Your expertise in coordinating between procurement, production, and inventory teams will be crucial in optimizing the supply chain flow and reducing lead times.
As a senior member of the team, you will lead regular production meetings to track progress, resolve conflicts, and drive accountability. You will utilize data analysis techniques to monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and identify areas for operational improvement. Furthermore, you will be the champion of our ERP system, ensuring all production and inventory data is accurately captured and utilized for strategic planning.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and optimize the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to support business demand and capacity constraints.
- Coordinate closely with procurement and production departments to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
- Monitor and control inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to minimize costs while meeting service level targets.
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional production planning meetings to review schedules, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) data to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing productivity.
- Maintain and enhance the ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar), ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting.
- Generate and present production performance reports to management, providing insights and recommendations.
- Support the development and implementation of production planning strategies and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Production Planning, Materials Management, or Supply Chain roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in MPS, MRP, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach (Advanced Excel, Power BI).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
