Atos is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our dynamic team in Taguig City. As a global leader in digital transformation, Atos relies on our PMO experts to act as the central nervous system for our complex IT initiatives. In this role, you will be the bridge between strategic vision and operational excellence, ensuring that all projects are delivered with precision, transparency, and alignment with our rigorous global standards and client expectations.
You will lead governance, risk mitigation, and performance monitoring across multiple workstreams. Tanggung Jawab
- Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, policies, and reporting standards across the organization.
- Monitor project performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership through comprehensive dashboards and reports.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and client requirements.
- Manage risk registers, issue logs, and mitigation strategies for large-scale IT and digital transformation projects.
- Coordinate resource planning and capacity management to ensure optimal project throughput.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance project management methodologies and tools.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders regarding compliance, documentation, and quality assurance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in a PMO or senior project management role, preferably in an IT/ICT environment.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is highly preferred.
- Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or ServiceNow).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strong background in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for executive reporting.
