Are you an experienced Program Manager ready to lead critical infrastructure projects? AirTrunk is seeking a Senior Pre-Flight Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Singapore.
AirTrunk is the owner-operator of Asia-Pacific’s largest hyperscale data center platform. We are committed to building the future of digital infrastructure. In this pivotal role, you will lead and facilitate pre-flight meetings and reporting, ensuring seamless coordination between the project team, management, and executive leadership teams right up to project completion. You will act as the bridge between technical execution and strategic oversight.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and facilitate comprehensive pre-flight meetings to ensure all project stakeholders are aligned on readiness, timelines, and deliverables.
- Prepare and deliver high-level reporting to project management, senior management, and the executive leadership team, highlighting key milestones and risks.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transition from planning to execution phases.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies during the pre-flight phase to ensure project success.
- Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring clear expectations and timely updates are provided to all parties.
- Oversee the documentation and compliance requirements associated with the pre-flight and turnover processes.
- Identify potential bottlenecks early and propose actionable solutions to keep projects on track.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager in the IT, Data Center, or Infrastructure sectors.
- Strong background in pre-flight planning, project turnover, or construction management.
- Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to present complex information to senior leadership clearly and concisely.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management.
