Tanggung Jawab
- Design and optimize precast concrete components for diverse structural systems
- Lead technical reviews of precast shop drawings and production plans
- Coordinate with contractors on-site installation and quality control
- Develop innovative precast solutions for complex architectural requirements
- Ensure compliance with Philippine National Building Code and international standards
- Mentor junior engineers on precast engineering best practices
- Conduct value engineering analyses for cost optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of precast concrete engineering experience
- Proven track record on both horizontal and vertical projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software
- Strong knowledge of precast manufacturing processes
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
