- Develop and implement a comprehensive and engaging English language curriculum aligned with Kinderland's educational philosophy for preschool children.
- Plan and execute age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote English literacy, phonics, vocabulary development, and conversational skills through interactive play and storytelling.
- Assess children's learning progress regularly, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of development.
- Create a stimulating, safe, and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration.
- Collaborate effectively with co-educators, parents, and management to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning experience for every child.
- Organize and participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development workshops.
- Mentor junior educators and contribute to team professional growth and curriculum enhancement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, English Language, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience teaching English to preschool children, preferably in an international or structured preschool setting.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective early childhood English curricula.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, with a clear and engaging communication style.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Passionate, patient, creative, and enthusiastic about working with young children.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
