Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the conceptual design and master planning for landscape architecture projects, ensuring alignment with client vision and regulatory standards.
- Manage project lifecycles from inception to completion, including budget estimation, timeline planning, and resource allocation.
- Conduct thorough site analysis and feasibility studies to inform design strategies and mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and planners to integrate landscape elements seamlessly into broader development projects.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents using industry-standard software.
- Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance to ensure the highest quality of work across the design team.
- Present design concepts and progress reports to clients and stakeholders effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Recognized Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in landscape architecture, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Current registration as a Landscape Architect (e.g., LPA in Singapore) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of environmental sustainability principles and local regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
