Are you a seasoned supply chain professional with a strategic mindset? PERSOL is seeking a highly experienced and independent Senior Principal Planner to join our manufacturing operations in Bayan Lepas, Penang. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our production planning excellence, ensuring seamless alignment across our manufacturing lines.
As the Senior Principal Planner, you will lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, acting as the bridge between production capacity, inventory management, and market demand. We are looking for a leader who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, make high-stakes decisions autonomously, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end S&OP meeting process, ensuring alignment between sales forecasts and production capacity.
- Develop and execute comprehensive master production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels.
- Identify potential supply chain bottlenecks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to resolve scheduling conflicts and resource allocation challenges.
- Analyze manufacturing performance data to drive continuous improvement initiatives and KPIs.
- Provide expert guidance and leadership to the planning team to ensure standard operating procedures are followed.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in ERP/MRP systems to ensure real-time visibility of production statuses.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing planning or production control within a high-volume industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading S&OP meetings and managing complex supply chain workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP/MRP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Proven ability to work independently and make high-level decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Professional certification (e.g., APICS, CPIM, or CSCP) is highly preferred.
