Join VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Pte Ltd as a Senior/Principal Process Engineer and lead the development of cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing processes. You'll drive operational excellence by designing, implementing, and optimizing complex processes across critical areas including Diffusion, Etch, Lithography, PVD, CVD, CMP, Wet Cleaning, and Metrology. Leveraging data-driven analytics, you'll identify process improvements, enhance yield rates, and reduce manufacturing costs while maintaining strict quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in R&D, equipment engineering, and production to troubleshoot technical challenges and implement innovative solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to process optimization and a commitment to advancing semiconductor technology in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes for Diffusion, Etch, Lithography, PVD, CVD, CMP, Wet Cleaning, and Metrology
- Analyze complex manufacturing data using statistical methods to drive process improvements and yield enhancement
- Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues in high-volume semiconductor production environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and process innovations
- Document processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure manufacturing excellence
- Lead process improvement projects and mentor junior engineering staff
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in semiconductor process engineering with expertise in at least two of the following: Diffusion, Etch, Lithography, PVD, CVD, CMP, Wet Cleaning, or Metrology
- Strong background in data analytics, statistical process control (SPC), and design of experiments (DoE)
- Proven track record in process optimization and yield improvement in semiconductor manufacturing
- Experience with semiconductor equipment maintenance and process troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership abilities with experience mentoring junior engineers
