Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, monitor, and optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes to meet quality, yield, and efficiency targets.
- Apply advanced data analytics, statistical process control (SPC), and design of experiments (DOE) to identify root causes of variation and implement corrective actions.
- Lead continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, and FMEA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (equipment, integration, planning) to resolve process excursions and enhance overall equipment performance.
- Define and document process specifications, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
- Drive yield enhancement initiatives through systematic data analysis and experimental designs.
- Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians in process engineering principles and data-driven problem solving.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor process engineering within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis tools such as JMP, Minitab, Python, or similar.
- Solid understanding of semiconductor process modules (e.g., lithography, etch, deposition, CMP, metrology).
- Experience with SPC, DOE, FMEA, and structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, DMAIC).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural team.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
