Join Novare as a Senior Process & Control Manager and spearhead the transformation of IT Service Management (ITSM) across the Asia-Pacific region. This strategic leadership role empowers you to design, implement, and govern robust IT governance frameworks that drive operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and align technology initiatives with business objectives. You will champion continuous improvement methodologies, optimize service delivery pipelines, and establish measurable KPIs to enhance organizational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
As a process architect, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize workflows, mitigate operational risks, and implement automation solutions. Your expertise in ITIL/COBIT frameworks will be instrumental in creating audit-ready documentation, conducting periodic compliance reviews, and fostering a culture of accountability. This role offers the opportunity to shape Novare's IT governance strategy while mentoring high-performing teams to achieve sustainable process maturity.
Tanggung Jawab
- Establish and govern comprehensive IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks for AP-IT operations
- Design, document, and implement standardized IT processes aligned with ITIL/COBIT best practices
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing process improvement initiatives and transformation projects
- Conduct periodic audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews for IT governance
- Develop and maintain KPIs to monitor process performance and service delivery metrics
- Drive automation and innovation in IT operations to enhance efficiency and reduce manual dependencies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT processes with business objectives and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8 years of IT process management experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- ITIL Expert certification and/or COBIT framework proficiency required
- Proven track record in implementing ITSM frameworks in enterprise environments
- Strong expertise in process automation tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy)
- Experience managing IT audits, compliance programs, and risk mitigation strategies
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
