- Organize and oversee engineering operations across multiple sections to ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation
- Lead process optimization initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality standards
- Develop and implement engineering best practices, protocols, and documentation systems
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement engineering solutions
- Monitor engineering metrics and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and drive performance

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in process engineering with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Strong expertise in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and process simulation tools
- Proven track record of managing engineering projects and cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of quality management systems (ISO 9001) and industry regulations
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with analytical thinking and technical troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills with ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
