Join Filtrona Manufacturing Indonesia as a Senior Process Engineer and drive transformative manufacturing excellence. This pivotal role empowers you to optimize production processes, enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and champion safety protocols through mastery of Lean Manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Integrated Work Systems (IWS). Tanggung Jawab
- Lead process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality
- Drive OEE improvements through data analysis, root cause analysis, and targeted interventions
- Implement and sustain Lean/TPM/IWS methodologies across manufacturing lines
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation
- Champion workplace safety initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Facilitate Kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops with production teams
- Monitor process KPIs and implement corrective actions to maintain performance targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering within manufacturing
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process mapping and OEE optimization
- Proven track record in implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and project management experience
- Strong communication skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams
