Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality output and production efficiency.
- Lead new product introduction (NPI) processes, ensuring seamless transitions from design to full-scale manufacturing.
- Identify and execute automation opportunities to reduce manual intervention and improve cycle times.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, and Maintenance, to solve complex technical challenges.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in line productivity.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of engineering excellence and knowledge sharing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent field).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in process engineering, preferably within the electronics or high-precision manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record in driving process automation and technical innovation projects.
- Strong proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and SPC tools.
- Expertise in interpreting technical drawings, CAD software, and process simulation tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
