- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other industry methodologies
- Develop detailed process documentation, SOPs, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to scale new technologies and innovations
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Manage process validation protocols and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Mentor junior engineers and facilitate knowledge transfer across departments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in process engineering within manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen Plus, AutoCAD)
- Certification in Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or equivalent quality methodology
- Demonstrated experience with process optimization and cost reduction initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex production data
- Excellent project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams
