Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and spearhead process improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Analyze current manufacturing workflows and implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and validate new production processes and equipment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to ensure quality standards are met.
- Oversee the troubleshooting of complex engineering issues and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and staff.
- Ensure all process documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety protocols are up to date and compliant.
- Drive continuous improvement projects (CIP) and manage capital expenditure for process optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and ERP systems.
- Proven track record in implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of mentoring junior staff.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment in Biñan, Laguna.
