Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality
- Lead process analysis and improvement initiatives to identify and eliminate bottlenecks
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality control protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and technologies
- Develop and document comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technical staff on best practices
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in process engineering
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering within manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety standards
- Proven experience in process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements
- Familiarity with relevant engineering software and analytical tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a systematic approach to troubleshooting
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
