Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize industrial processes to maximize efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Analyze process performance data using statistical methods to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation
- Lead cross-functional teams in troubleshooting and resolving process-related issues
- Conduct process audits and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate new technologies and process innovations
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on process engineering principles
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering within manufacturing or industrial sectors
- Strong proficiency in process simulation tools (Aspen HYSYS, AutoCAD, MATLAB)
- Proven track record in process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies
- Expert knowledge of safety standards (OSHA, ISO 9001) and regulatory compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Strong project management experience with the ability to lead complex initiatives
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
