Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure maximum efficiency and safety
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for process deviations and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Manage change control processes for process modifications and improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze process data to identify optimization opportunities and cost savings
- Ensure strict adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations
- Mentor junior engineers and operators on best practices and technical standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of process engineering experience in manufacturing or chemical industry
- Strong knowledge of process optimization methodologies and change control systems
- Experience with process simulation software and data analysis tools
- Proven track record in troubleshooting complex production issues
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or similar methodologies preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities with experience mentoring technical teams
