Tanggung Jawab
- Lead process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality
- Design, develop, and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate new technologies into existing production workflows
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on process engineering best practices
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including P&IDs and control strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of process engineering experience in manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, SolidWorks)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical process control (SPC)
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with cost analysis and process optimization techniques
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and project management skills
- Strong communication skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams
