Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and optimize Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) processes to meet strict wafer fabrication specifications and yield targets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment and process anomalies to minimize downtime and maximize fab throughput.
- Analyze process data using statistical methods to drive continuous improvement initiatives and reduce variation.
- Collaborate with equipment vendors and engineering teams to implement new technologies and process control strategies.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with ISO standards, safety regulations, and quality management systems.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and document corrective actions in the appropriate technical reports.
- Train junior engineers and technicians on process parameters, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in semiconductor process engineering, with a strong focus on CVD equipment and techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Deep understanding of thin-film deposition processes (e.g., PECVD, LPCVD, ALD) and their application in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Proven track record in wafer fab operations, process control, and yield optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a cleanroom environment under pressure.
- Familiarity with SEMI standards, wafer metrology tools, and statistical process control (SPC) software.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with R&D, Equipment, and Manufacturing teams.
