Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end development of materials and processes for latex and polymer-based products.
- Ensure strict compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations and internal quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Six Sigma) to reduce waste and enhance production efficiency.
- Analyze production data and troubleshoot complex process issues to minimize downtime and maximize yield.
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing teams to transition new products from lab to scale-up.
- Develop and validate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical specifications.
- Manage project timelines and budgets for process optimization projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in process engineering, specifically within latex or polymer manufacturing environments.
- Strong working knowledge of EHS principles, ISO standards, and quality management systems.
- Proven track record of successfully leading process improvement projects and cost-reduction strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapt to changing priorities.
