Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and optimize PCBA manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce production costs
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for assembly and testing processes
- Identify and resolve process bottlenecks and quality issues through root cause analysis
- Collaborate with production teams to implement process improvements and training programs
- Monitor and maintain process parameters to ensure consistent product quality
- Conduct process capability studies and statistical process control (SPC) analysis
- Work with engineering teams to troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies in PCBA manufacturing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in PCBA process engineering in an EMS environment
- Strong knowledge of SMT, through-hole, and post-assembly processes
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems
- Experience with process optimization and lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and data analysis tools
