Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and optimize polymer manufacturing processes for efficiency and product quality
- Lead process improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis and root cause problem-solving
- Collaborate with R&D teams to implement new polymer technologies and materials
- Develop and maintain process control systems, SOPs, and technical documentation
- Conduct process audits and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on polymer processing techniques
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to enhance operational performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in polymer process engineering
- Strong knowledge of polymer properties, processing techniques, and equipment
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, Moldflow)
- Experience with process optimization and quality control methodologies
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and mentor technical teams
- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is advantageous
