Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end R&D projects focused on converting and metalizing process development.
- Design and conduct experiments to optimize manufacturing parameters and material outputs.
- Analyze technical data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements that reduce scrap and increase yield.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to transition new processes from pilot scale to full-scale manufacturing.
- Maintain detailed documentation of R&D findings, test results, and SOP updates.
- Ensure all processes comply with international quality standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on complex troubleshooting issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in process engineering, specifically within converting or metalizing industries.
- Strong proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DoE) methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage technical projects from conceptualization to implementation.
- Advanced analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex technical data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional technical teams.
- High level of familiarity with ISO standards and industrial manufacturing safety regulations.
