Tanggung Jawab
- Lead process design, optimization, and scale-up projects to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
- Analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-driven solutions to reduce costs and cycle times.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including P&IDs, SOPs, and control plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Production) to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot process deviations to maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Mentor and guide junior process engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track process performance and drive strategic decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
- At least 5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and statistical analysis tools.
- Proven track record in leading process improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma certification is a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work setup.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work on a dayshift schedule (Philippine time).
