Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize backend manufacturing processes to ensure maximum efficiency and product quality
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment malfunctions and performance issues
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for labeling and backend equipment
- Conduct thorough gage repeatability and reproducibility (GR&R) studies to ensure measurement accuracy
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including SOPs and equipment manuals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement solutions
- Analyze process data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for optimization
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on equipment operation and maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering and equipment maintenance, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong technical knowledge of backend and labeling equipment systems
- Experience with GR&R studies and statistical process control methodologies
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical systems
- Excellent documentation skills with ability to create clear, comprehensive technical manuals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on continuous improvement
