- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement lean manufacturing principles across production facilities
- Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization
- Develop and implement process control systems to ensure consistent product quality and operational efficiency
- Conduct root cause analysis investigations and develop effective solutions to recurring problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design new workflows and improve existing processes
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on process improvement methodologies
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and process documentation
- Monitor key performance indicators and report on process improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement or manufacturing engineering
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience with process mapping, value stream analysis, and waste reduction techniques
- Proficient in using process simulation software and statistical analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex engineering problems
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Experience in the chemical manufacturing industry is highly desirable
