Are you an experienced Process Engineer looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Sustaining Engineer to join our elite team in Batu Kawan, Penang. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our production excellence, ensuring seamless operations, driving continuous improvement, and optimizing manufacturing workflows.
You will be responsible for providing technical leadership on the production floor, conducting deep-dive simulation studies, and executing rigorous evaluations to enhance First Pass Yield (FPY). If you are passionate about troubleshooting complex engineering challenges, streamlining rework processes, and implementing lean manufacturing principles, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide daily technical support and troubleshooting for production line operations to minimize downtime.
- Conduct comprehensive simulation studies to validate process changes and identify bottlenecks.
- Lead root cause analysis for manufacturing issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Optimize production workflows to consistently improve First Pass Yield (FPY) and process efficiency.
- Manage and oversee rework procedures, ensuring adherence to strict quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Maintenance, and R&D, to facilitate smooth product sustaining.
- Analyze process data to generate actionable insights and reports for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in a process or sustaining engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in simulation software and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and ISO quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a hands-on approach to production line issues.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both engineering and operational staff.
- Experience with high-volume production lines in a semiconductor or electronics manufacturing setting is highly preferred.
