Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes to ensure maximum yield and minimal downtime.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis on process-related equipment failures and deviations.
- Collaborate with Process Engineers to implement new equipment setups and process qualifications.
- Execute Statistical Process Control (SPC) and analyze data trends to proactively address process shifts.
- Conduct routine maintenance and calibration on high-precision manufacturing tools.
- Document all technical procedures, maintenance logs, and process changes in accordance with ISO standards.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior technicians and operators on the production floor.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations within the cleanroom environment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a semiconductor or high-volume electronics manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to report technical findings to engineering teams.
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and follow strict shifting schedules.
- Proficiency in MS Office and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
