- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to optimize costs and improve supply chain efficiency
- Manage and nurture relationships with key suppliers and vendors
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms
- Oversee contract management processes, including drafting, reviewing, and renewing contracts
- Monitor procurement performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of procurement strategies with business goals
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a senior advisory role
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing favorable contracts
- Expertise in procurement software and systems
- In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
