Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality management standards.
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and supply chain efficiencies.
- Manage vendor relationships, conducting periodic performance audits and compliance reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline material sourcing and inventory management processes.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for audits, ensuring full adherence to internal and external regulatory requirements.
- Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to mitigate supply chain risks.
- Provide analytical support for procurement budgeting, forecasting, and spend analysis projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing logistics.
- Proven knowledge of ISO 9000, 9001, and 14001 standards and their application in procurement.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Certification in procurement or supply chain (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is considered a strong advantage.
