Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute procurement strategies to achieve cost reduction and supply assurance.
- Manage end-to-end supplier selection, evaluation, and contract negotiation.
- Oversee logistics operations including inbound and outbound transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Monitor market trends and commodity prices to inform strategic purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement and logistics activities with business objectives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on procurement and logistics KPIs to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, trade regulations, and health/safety standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and logistics roles, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in supplier negotiation and contract management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Malay.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Knowledge of local and international trade regulations and customs procedures.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
