Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive global procurement strategies to ensure the seamless supply of raw materials.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor sourcing, contract negotiations, and purchase order management.
- Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to optimize cost savings without compromising on quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key local and international suppliers.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of vendors to ensure compliance with quality and delivery SLAs.
- Collaborate with production and logistics departments to forecast demand and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Identify potential supply chain risks and implement proactive contingency plans.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, ideally within the F&B or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record in vendor negotiation and contract lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of global supply chain logistics and import/export regulations.
